Hello! I'm Garrett, a mechanical design engineer based out of Long Beach, CA with expertise in mechanisms, rapid-prototyping, and cradle-to-grave development.

By day, I run advanced aerospace engineering programs for the Department of Defense's STARBASE program, where I've overseen the build of a $500,000 machine shop from the ground up, taught countless students industry critical skills, and put more rockets in the sky than I can count. My work experience covers the whole breadth of engineering including CAD/FEA design work, machining and fabrication, test engineering, and integration of flight hardware.

If I'm not at work, I'm still chasing my technical passions by advancing my pilot's license or wrenching on a variety of vintage equipment (boats, off-road vehicles, or anything with an engine).
